KASE LIMITED WARRANTY

KASE Industries, Inc shall not be liable for damage or delays caused by defective material or workmanship, and it is agreed that the liability of KASE under all guarantees, either express or implied, is specifically limited to the replacement, free of charge, F.O.B. Whitney, Texas, USA with standard ground freight allowed to the original shipping point only within the continental USA of parts failing through defective workmanship of materials within One Year after delivery thereof the original purchaser and in the manner aforesaid. KASE will make no allowances for the repairs or alterations unless KASE specifically authorizes, in writing, any such repair or alteration. This guarantee shall not apply to any equipment which has been subjected to misuse, neglect or accident, or has been altered or tampered with, or if corrective work has been done thereon without our specific written consent. No allowance will be made for such corrective work done with such consent. Improper lubrication, deterioration by chemical action, and wear caused by the presence of abrasive materials, do not constitute defects.

Equipment manufactured by others and provided by KASE is not warranted in any way by KASE, but carries only the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. KASE will undertake to obtain for the buyer benefits of the manufacturer’s warranties.

All warranty claims must be submitted within ten (10) days of discovery of defects or shall be deemed waived. No representative of our company has any authority to waive, alter, vary, or add to the terms without prior approval in writing. All defective parts returned to KASE under warranty must have a copy of the KASE Packing List returned with the alleged defective parts for proper identification. Return freight is the total responsibility of the end user.

All replacement parts shipped under warranty will be guaranteed for 90-days or until the end of the original warranty period which ever is greater. Standard ground delivery freight on replacement parts will by allowed, If KASE ships on expedited freight, the end user will be liable for any extra charges incurred for expedited shipment charges. No field labor is covered under KASE warranty, Field labor is the total responsibility of the end user. KASE will furnish shop labor free of charge only for repair during the warranty period at its manufacturing facility F.O.B. Whitney, Texas. No incoming or outgoing freight charges will be allowed by KASE on equipment returned for repair work.
